Order and payment data: When you place an order, we collect details about the services you ordered. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Project content: Files you upload to your workspace, chat messages between you and your developer, and project notes are stored on our servers.

Application data: If you apply to join as a developer or sales partner, we collect the information you submit in the application form.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used) via analytics tools such as Google Analytics, where you have not opted out.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process orders and payments
• Assign developers and facilitate project communication
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, phase updates, payment receipts)
• Respond to contact and support requests
• Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Stripe - Payment processing. Your card data is handled directly by Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics - Site usage analytics (when enabled).
• Jitsi Meet - Video calls between clients and developers, conducted on the public Jitsi infrastructure.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access - request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction - request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion - request that we delete your data
• Data portability - request your data in a portable format
