Terms of Service

Sablipse is a managed web development platform. When you place an order, you receive a dedicated developer, a project workspace, and a structured delivery process split into phases. Services include one-time website builds and ongoing monthly management plans.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Orders are placed through the platform and confirmed upon payment. The following payment options are available depending on the service:

• Pay in full - full payment upfront before work begins.
• Phase payments - a percentage paid upfront and the remaining balance split across project phases.
• Free trial - 7 days of access to speak with your developer and explore the workspace, with no charge until you decide to continue.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

After your order is confirmed, a developer will be assigned to your project. The assigned developer has 24 business hours (weekends excluded) to accept the assignment. If a developer does not accept within this window, the project is reassigned automatically.

If you are unsatisfied with your assigned developer, you may request a reassignment through the workspace. Reassignment requests are subject to admin review.

Your project is delivered in phases (Discovery, Design, Build, Review, Launch). Each phase is reviewed by our admin team before being presented to you. You can raise revision requests through the workspace chat at any stage.

For phase-payment plans, each phase must be paid for before the next phase begins.

Features outside the original project scope must be submitted as add-ons by your developer. Add-ons go through admin review before being shown to you. You are under no obligation to accept an add-on. Accepted add-ons are billed separately via Stripe.

If you cancel during a free trial before the trial period ends, no charge is made and your order is closed. If you cancel after a payment has been made for work that has already begun, a refund is not automatically issued. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the amount of work completed. Contact us at inquiry@Sablipse.com to discuss your situation.

Upon completion and full payment of your project, you own all intellectual property rights to the finished website and its code. During the project, ownership remains with Sablipse until final payment is received and handover is accepted.

Sablipse retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Developers and sales partners who join the platform are subject to a separate agreement communicated during onboarding. Commission payments to sales partners are processed after the referred client's payment clears and admin approval is confirmed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sablipse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the platform of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
